What to Expect

This year, we are offering an exciting opportunity for Emerging Professionals to become engaged and educated on the lighting design, power, and controls process of building this incredible event.

Participating EPs will team with seasoned lighting professionals for:

  • design discussions on exterior lighting and use of color

  • hands-on exposure to wiring and controls

  • learning the process of event organization

  • creating YOUR own mini-Night Lights during the evening

  • and to earn CEUs!

who is eligible?

All attendees must be 21+

Current Students

Individuals with less than 5 years of experience in the lighting industry

Applications open March 31 - May 1
